Dan Dining Table

Christophe Delcourt's Dan Dining Table continues the formal investigation of structural form that characterizes his work for Minotti. Where the Lou Table uses a concave base form to create visual tension, the Dan uses curved aluminum plate legs to achieve a similar formal energy through a different structural logic. The curvature of each leg — which bends along its length to create a compound form that resists both vertical and lateral loads — is simultaneously a structural response to the forces acting on the table and a formal decision that gives the Dan its distinctive visual character.

The modular frame construction allows the Dan to be configured in different top sizes and shapes, providing the flexibility required by specifiers working across different room sizes and table configurations. The choice of Wood, Marble, or Smoked Glass for the top allows the Dan to adapt to different interior material palettes while maintaining its consistent structural and formal identity. The Licorice finish — a deep, near-black tone — provides a bold visual contrast with lighter top materials, while the Bronze option creates a warmer, more nuanced material conversation.
