One may choose either beech or oak. The gentle curve from the back along the arm is very appealing. The roomy seat can be used not only as a dining chair, but as a lounge chair too. The tapering of the sides of the arms, the seat of the chair and the table accentuate the beauty of the light shining on their surfaces.

Offered in multiple shell finishes, upholstery options, and base configurations to suit both residential and contract environments.

Maruni
Maruni was founded in Hiroshima, Japan in 1928. Under the concept of Industrialised Craftsmanship, the company has mastered the integration of traditional Japanese woodworking with modern CNC technology, producing furniture that is hand-finished by skilled artisans. In 2008, product designer Naoto Fukasawa became Maruni's art director, launching the Hiroshima collection and establishing the brand's contemporary international identity through collaborations with Jasper Morrison, Cecilie Manz, and SANAA.
