Costanza by Paolo Rizzatto (1986) is one of Luceplan’s defining icons — a lamp of exceptional formal economy whose polycarbonate shade and adjustable aluminium stem produce a diffuse, warm light of great quality. The range has expanded from the original floor lamp to include table, pendant, and wall versions, each maintaining the same precise proportional logic.

Paolo Rizzatto is an Italian architect and designer who co-founded Luceplan in Milan in 1978 with Alberto Meda and Riccardo Sarfatti. His Costanza lamp (1986) is considered one of the most significant Italian lighting designs of the late 20th century, recognised with multiple design awards.
