Delight by Ingo Maurer is the heat-resistant glass fibre cloth that is made to glow by a light bulb. Ingo Maurer’s sense of humour is definitely expressed in Delight, the luxurious design variant in the form of a kitchen towel.
The cloth as a light object can be attached to a wall or placed on a surface. In this way, the decorative Delight lamp brings a touch of light poetry into every room and ensures an aha effect with a smile for the observer. Delight is pure humour, poetry and technology.
Available in multiple finishes and sizes to complement a variety of interiors and architectural settings.
For full specifications, materials, and configuration options, visit the Ingo Maurer official website.

Ingo Maurer (1932–2019), known as the Poet of Light, was a German designer whose work transformed lighting from functional object to emotional art. Born on Reichenau Island, he trained as a typographer before founding Design M (later Ingo Maurer GmbH) in Munich in 1963. His iconic Bulb lamp (1966) entered MoMA's permanent collection, and his subsequent career produced an extraordinary body of work — Lucellino, Zettel'z, Porca Miseria!, and YaYaHo — that consistently blended poetry, humour, and technical innovation. He died in Munich in 2019 at the age of 87.
