Marble anchors the whole Jacob family of accent tables, a range built around unconventional shapes rather than one repeated form, offered in enough sizes to work as a genuine occasional table placed wherever it fits. The idea is versatility of placement first: a shape and finish chosen to suit wherever a small surface is needed.

Tops rest on solid brushed oak legs finished in black, with a bronzed metal cap where the leg meets the floor and a matching plate at the top, giving an otherwise simple wood leg a finished look. The top is where the range shows its character: Sucupira veneer with a stained Mink finish keeps a natural wood look, Calacatta or Bardiglio Nuvolato marble gives a cooler, more solid presence, and a glossy lacquered finish reads as the most contemporary of the three. Every top sits on a structural panel finished in matt black.

Because the shapes are uncommon rather than standard rectangles or circles, Jacob accent tables work best placed individually, beside a single armchair or at the end of a sofa, rather than in a matched pair. The same family includes a writing desk in the same finishes, so a study or bedroom corner can carry the same material language as the living room tables. Designers should choose the top material against what sits nearby, since marble and lacquered versions read very differently in the same room.
