Dylan’s idea is continuity across three variants, so the same visual language adapts to different room scales and levels of formality. A raised, suspended-base version gives an airy read where the furniture should feel light against the floor, a low version sits close to the ground for a quieter, more traditional feel, and a version with a more compact depth carries the same tailoring into smaller rooms or tightly planned hospitality spaces.

The seat is built on metal-reinforced plywood padded in variable-density foam over elastic webbing, chosen for consistent comfort rather than a single density that compresses unevenly. Armrests and backrests are shaped in the same foam, then wrapped in a heat-bonded quilted casing made with hypoallergenic and recycled materials. The couture-style top stitching follows the slight curve built into the backrest and armrest, reinforcing the shape rather than sitting flat on it. The suspended-base version repeats a webbing and stitching technique developed for a related Minotti system, joining leather or fabric strips into the base itself.

The suspended variant suits a contemporary living room where seating should feel light against the floor, the low variant suits a more classic room, and the compact-depth variant suits a smaller sitting room or boutique hospitality suite. Because all three share the same stitching and cushion language, they can be mixed across connected spaces in one project. Designers should choose the variant by room height and formality first, since the differences are structural rather than cosmetic.
