Focus Crystalart

Focus Crystalart borrows a decorative technique first developed for Cattelan Italia’s glass table tops and applies it to a cabinet door: an artistic print set into extra clear glass, giving the doors a marble like look against the brightness of the crystal. The cabinet’s structure is kept compact and essential, so the printed glass stays the clear focus of the piece rather than competing with a more elaborate frame.

The carcass is a lacquered wood finish, offered in matt graphite or titanium, and the doors are extra clear glass with an artistic decorative print, set into embossed aluminium profiles. Feet are built in a polished steel or a varnished finish, and the interior shelves are clear glass, with an internal drawer available inside each door as an option. A matching glass top with the same decorative print is also offered.

Focus Crystalart suits a living room or dining space built around a more minimal scheme, where a printed glass front can carry visual interest without a heavier wood or ceramic sideboard nearby. Designers can specify the optional matching glass top to extend the same printed surface across the whole piece rather than treating the top as a separate material.
