Blazer Seating System

Blazer treats upholstery like tailoring: the base, cushions, armrests and backrest all carry the same evenly spaced stitching, so the piece reads as one garment rather than separately covered parts. That quilting is also where the comfort comes from. The backrest’s clearest decision is its rounded internal corners, turning a flat panel into a shallow niche, so the high-backed chaise-longue element becomes a genuinely enclosed alcove.

Seats run 108 cm deep, with chaise-longue elements built deeper still, and both come with high or low backrests and armrests. The seat structure is one-piece plywood, sprung with high-rubber-content elastic webbing and coated in high-resilience polyurethane foam. Armrests and backrests are wrapped in a heat-bonded quilted casing laminated to white cotton, finished with a double embroidery stitch for the matelassé texture that defines Blazer’s surface, and every cover comes off completely in fabric or leather.

Because the range includes freely positioned cushions and headrests alongside strong-charactered sofas and modular elements, Blazer suits a living room where the seating is rearranged as often as it needs to look finished. The high-backed alcove works as a reading or television corner, while low-backed elements keep sightlines open.
