Link Outdoor is built as one continuous, joint free form rather than a tabletop joined to separate legs, so there is no seam where a leg meets the top for water or grime to collect. The material is a Cristalplant compound, a natural mineral filler of aluminium phosphate bound with a polyester acrylate resin, finished with a soft touch surface that reads and feels different from painted metal or lacquered wood. Because the compound is rated for both indoor and outdoor use, the same table can move between a covered terrace and an interior dining room without a change in finish, and B&B Italia offers a fitted waterproof cover in PES fabric coated with PU for when it is left outside.
